The Source Meeting Room Rental Agreement

A completed and signed Rental Agreement is required for all meeting room events. Once you have confirmed your rental, please download this form, fill it out and return it to us with your payment.

City of Albuquerque Noise Ordinance

Information on City Noise regulations and noise permits.
The Source’s Music/Concert/Noise Policy: The Source retains the right to cancel without refund any event which creates noise that disturbs the community. Please discuss your plans for music or noise with us.

Converting Your Flyer to JPEG (.jpg) Format

Flyers posted on our homepage must be in JPEG format. The following instructions work on a Mac. If you’re on a PC and the process is different we would appreciate knowing that. Email your feedback to Jane Kappy jane@thesourceabq.com.

Here is how to convert a document (ie. Word) to JPEG.
1. Open your document.
2. Select File: Print.
3. In the Print window you should see a button that says PDF. Click this button and select Save as PDF. (Make sure you know where you’re saving it. I just save it to my Desktop so the PDF will be easy to find.)
4. Close the document.
5. Now open the PDF (.pdf) you just created.
6. Select File: Save as: Format: JPEG. (Again pay attention to where you save this file.)
7. Close the PDF.
8. Attach the JPEG (.jpg) to your email to jane@thesourceabq.com.
