This workshop will include gentle yoga, qi gong, dance/movement and expressive art. No previous art or dance experience necessary. Using gentle movement, music, meditation and art, you will be able to access core thoughts, emotions, and insights in a safe, supportive environment.
This is an invitation to step off the daily grind and connect with your creative self! We begin with gentle movement and incorporate the use of an art medium to express your inner creativity and experience. We will have a time of meditation as well as discussion and interpretation of your experience. Each session will build on the previous session as you continue to explore your vision of the present & future.
Facilitated by Nicole White, CHHC, E-RYT a certified holistic health coach, movement & meditation instructor, and Dana Darrow, LCSW a licensed clinical psychotherapist.
